Relate provides counselling for all relationships at every stage of life. We see couples, individuals, families and children and young people, aged from 5 to 19. We also offer psycho sexual therapy to help couples and individuals overcome specific sexual problems. Our aim is to help people make personal changes, which enable them to engage in committed and loving relationships to benefit themselves, their family and society.

What we do:

Relate provides counselling for all relationships at every stage of life. We see individuals, couples, families and children and young people aged from 5 to 19.
We also offer psycho sexual therapy to help couples and individuals overcome specific sexual problems.
We offer online, telephone and face to face counselling . Anyone can contact us for support.
We work across West Sussex. Our main office and counselling rooms are in Crawley. We also have counselling rooms in Chichester, Horsham and East Grinstead.
We have an experienced and dedicated team of qualified counsellors.
Our charges are on a sliding scale and depend on your income. Call us for more information on our charges.
