What we do:

• We create accessible group sessions for kids, teens and families as a whole, to discuss what they are experiencing in a safe and supportive environment, aiming to reduce the negative emotions quickly and boost self esteem.
• Tailored for primary, secondary schools and academy's plus community groups. We are especially keen on implementing a Year 3 programme into schools as this will have a huge impact on preventing anxiety and other mental health issues.
• We offer 1:1 or 2:1 private sessions should your child currently be suffering with stress and anxiety or needing some mental health support and are trauma specialists.
• Sam and Suz are both qualified Therapists (Hypnotherapy & EFT Tapping) Trauma Specialists. Sam's a solution focused psychotherapist and Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner and Suz is an Advanced NLP Practitioner, Shiatsu and Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
• Our services are delivered face to face for group sessions. We also deliver face to face sessions for 1:1 or 2:1 work which can also be delivered online via zoom.
