Services commissioned in West Sussex to deliver fun for children under 18 with additional needs. You do not need to be referred to the service to start using Short Breaks. Instead you will need to contact the service individually as providers do have different forms to understand the needs of your child. You can find out more information about what 'Short Breaks' herehttps://westsussex.local-offer.org/information_pages/125-short-breaks-social-care. If your child is over 18, some of the providers have extended their offer. However, the access and cost of using the services 18+ may vary.
