Child Development Centre (CDC) Service (inc. speech, occupational therapists + Health Visitors)

The child development service offers co-ordinated, multi-disciplinary assessment, diagnosis and management.

The team consists of paediatricians, speech therapists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and specialist health visitors.

Most children are seen within the Child Development Centres; however children might also be seen within an educational setting, at home or within the local Child and Family Centre.
Training is offered for parents for issues such as sensory difficulties, epilepsy, Makaton signing and social communication difficulties.
