Expert Parent Programme workshop for Parents Carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) who have Mental Health needs

This workshop is for Parent Carers of children and young people with SEND who have Mental Health needs (diagnosed and undiagnosed) to help you understand and navigate the current health system specific to your child’s needs.  Using fun examples and sharing with others, we will explore the health system supporting Mental Health needs, gain knowledge, practical tools, be better aware of processes and referral routes and think how you could increase confidence for a better working relationship with professionals – all with the aim of helping you make the most of the health system and to ensure the best outcomes for your child or young person with Mental Health needs.
