Expert Parent Programme: Post - 16 Transitioning to Adult Services (A two part virtual event via Zoom)

What is the event?
The Expert Parent Programme EMPOWERS parents of disabled children/young people to become more CONFIDENT and RESILIENT when engaging with health services, and the other services that they will come across.
This EPP will be specifically tailored to the 16-24 age group. Our trainers will focus upon the transition to adult services.
Please note that you will need to attend both dates of the Saturday 20th February and Saturday 6th March 2021. There are a maximum of 10 places which will be distributed on a first come first served basis.
If the session is oversubscribed we will keep a waiting list.
