Primary Parent/Carer Digital Online Safety Awareness

What is the event?

In support of Safer Internet Day on 11th Feb 2020, we are running Digital Online Safety Awareness Sessions for parents/carers across the county. These sessions will offer you invaluable tips and advice on how to keep your children safe online. Each session aims to cover the following:

What children are doing online

Identifying some of the risks children may face online

Looking at how you can support your children to protect themselves

Showing you the help/support and resources available

How to report any concerns

You will be given useful resources to take away with you and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about your child’s internet safety. Although these sessions are aimed at parents/carers please feel free to bring friends and other family members along with you.
