PACSO Family Residential Weekend at CYE Sailing Centre

What is the event?

At PACSO we believe that family time is important, but equally appreciate that when you have a child with a disability or special needs, it is not always easy to get out and about and do the things that other families take for granted. That is why we have teamed up our friends at CYE Sailing Centre and West Sussex Short Break to offer a very special weekend away for families.

The session will start at approximately 6pm on Friday 14th June, running until approximately 3pm on Sunday 16th June. Food, activities and accommodation is all included in the price.

On board the TS Resolute (a multi-purpose accommodation vessel) there are 10 cabins sleeping 4 people plus 1 wheelchair-accessible cabin sleeping 3 people available.

The price is £50 per head, under 5s £35 per head, with up to 4 people per cabin. There are 10 cabins available plus 1 wheelchair-accessible cabin for 3 people. If your group is less than 4 people, there is a chance you might need to share a cabin with another PACSO family. This will depend on how many cabins are required in total. If we need you to share, we will contact you to arrange this.

As this is a family event, children/young people must be accompanied by at least 1 parent/carer. There will be CYE and PACSO staff available during the weekend, but you will be ultimately responsible for your children.

This weekend is open to new PACSO families, but you will need to have completed one of our Child/Sibling Profile forms for each child/sibling attending. Please contact the PACSO office for more details on how to register with us, and to request a booking form for this activity.
